Watch: Rand Paul Rips Apart Pakistan, Announces Bill to Cut Aid

Putting his money where his mouth is, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) released a video on Thursday announcing his upcoming bill to end aid to Pakistan.

“I’m introducing a bill to end aid to Pakistan in the coming days. My bill will take the money that would have gone to Pakistan and put it in an infrastructure fund to build roads and bridges here at home,” tweeted Paul along with his video.

Paul’s video highlights the fact that Pakistan has been a useless money pit that only seems to work with the U.S. when it serves its own self-interests, but has no problem sucking in all the U.S. dollars it can take while it undermines the U.S. in many other regards. What’s more, Pakistan is a well-known state-sponsor of terrorism.

Our tax dollars hard at work.

Paul had attempted to defund Middle Eastern entities who serve terrorist groups in 2015, such as the Palestinian Authority which the U.S. has given millions of dollars to in the past. The bill was blocked, but this was before Paul had momentum he’s now been given by President Donald Trump.

Trump himself spent his first tweet of 2018 ripping apart Pakistan, and since then a deluge of events have transpired that spell an end to Pakistan’s ungrateful consumption of American money. Paul is just one of them, and if the Kentucky Senator can cut aid to Pakistan, perhaps he could go even further.
