Another brilliant video was released from the folks at Prager U, this time detailing a highly controversial topic. The video talks about five issues that the black community has to overcome, but what it doesn’t do is follow the media’s claim that they’re the victims of outside forces.

In fact, this video flies in the face of all that. Taleeb Starkes, author of Amazon #1 bestseller “Black Lies Matter,” gives us the top five list in a very refreshing, but brutally honest way. Some of the things he lists are the “victim mentality.”

“Nothing holds someone back more than seeing themselves as the victim,” says Starkes. “Why? Because the victim is no responsible for his situation. Everything is someone else’s fault.”

Another is lack of diversity in thought, where Starkes makes the point that blacks demand honest dialogue about race amongst other skin colors, but is never very honest with itself when discussing it in front of each other. It creates a sort of echo chamber that prevents self reflection, and serves only to elevate the people driving the victim mentality such as Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson.

Starkes also lists the disintegration of the nuclear family in the black community as one of the top reasons it’s so troubled. He quotes the statistic that out of wedlock birthrate in the black community is nearly 75%, and attributes them to progressive policies which reward this kind of thing.
