A large haul of Biden-related content kept pouring out in the media ecosystem at the end of the week. On Friday the recordings from the Robert Hur testimony with Joe Biden were released, and the former president does not sound well. Hur has been vindicated as all of his measures on Biden are rather evident.
Along with this, Jake Tapper continues to promote his upcoming book release, and in another example of his hypocrisy on the subject, he interviewed two Wall Street Journal writers who dared report on Biden honestly. Tapper called their reporting “heroic” and even had harsh words for those who criticized their reporting. The problem: Jake was among their critics at the time.
And as another tie-in, there is an example of more press distemper as Jonathan Martin from Politico denies he ever admitted to knowing about Joe Biden’s condition. The problem is we covered an appearance he made with Chuck Todd where he said they had known this years prior, so I brought him the receipts.
Now, crack one open and savor some outmoded media malpractice and misinformation.
