Pro-Hamas protesters continued their campaign of harassment on Monday by shutting down the famous Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, CA. That represented the latest escalation by the terrorist supporters after months of trying to disrupt the lives of normal Americans. 

Aerial footage of the incident was released showing the protesters holding up a giant banner that read "Stop the world for Gaza." Another banner draped on a car said "End the siege on Gaza now."

Both directions of the Golden Gate Bridge have been shut down due to a Pro-Palestinian protest. Demonstrators have blocked the southbound direction of Highway 101. What do people driving in San Francisco have to do with Gaza or Israel? The answer is nothing, but that doesn't matter when you have people who think they have a right to make the lives of everyone miserable for their "cause." Of course, far from actually wanting a ceasefire, these same groups of radicals celebrated Iran's recent attack on Israel, which was largely defeated by air defenses.

Law enforcement responded to the scene, but it appeared they chose to do nothing, at least at the time of the above video. You can see police cars lined up on the opposite side of the divider but no one is being arrested. Instead, the protesters are seen continuing their illegality, shouting on bull horns and waving their banners. Given how far-left San Francisco is, I would suspect that the police didn't have clearance to move in and remove the protesters.

Perhaps they were eventually arrested, but the reason these acts of harassment against normal Americans continue to happen is that there are no consequences (with a few very satisfying exceptions). The pro-Hamas wing has calculated that they can do what they want, up to and including breaking the law, and left-wing politicians and prosecutors will handle them with kid gloves. To this point, they've been mostly correct. 

The disruption at the Golden Gate Bridge was part of a broader, worldwide effort, with similar results happening in places like New York and Canada.

None of this stops until leaders grow a spine and make it stop. We are in a dangerous place where radicals who support terrorism are being emboldened. They are testing the limits of what they can get away with, and thus far, they haven't found the line. These people can justify anything in service to their "cause," and that's going to lead to more violence if the hammer isn't dropped and order restored.
