Infamous “non-binary” Biden administration official and “kink lecturer” Sam Brinton has been charged with a felony. According to court documents, Brinton stole a Vera Bradley suitcase from an airport luggage carousel, and the story just gets more bonkers from there.

Apparently, he was caught on video and initially lied to the police. This comes via The New York Post.

A Biden administration employee – and one of the federal government’s first gender non-binary officials – has been accused of stealing a travelor’s luggage from the Minneapolis airport in September.

Sam Brinton, the deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition at the DOE’s Office of Nuclear Energy, was charged with felony theft after allegedly snatching a Vera Bradley suitcase reportedly worth $2,325 from baggage claim at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on Sept. 16, according to court documents.

Brinton, who uses they/them pronouns, was captured on surveillance video grabbing the luggage and removing its ID tag identifying the owner, the filings state.

They were later seen using the Vera Bradley suitcase on at least two occasions, while traveling to Washington, DC on Sept. 18 and Oct. 9, investigators said.

Let me just start by saying I’m not going along with the intentional misuse of language. Sam Brinton is a man. The fact that he dresses up like a woman (a very loose description) and engages in weird human “puppy-play” dominatrix (dominator?) stuff does not change that. Trying to read the Post’s story littered with out-of-place pronouns is enough to turn one’s mind to mush, and I’d like for the readers here to maintain their brain activity.

With that said, Brinton didn’t stop at just stealing the bag. He then went to a hotel, unloaded the bag’s contents into the drawers there, and kept using the bag for at least a month after. Does that sound like a case of mistaken identity? If you accidentally grab someone’s bag you don’t immediately remove the ID tag, empty it later that day, and walk around with it in the weeks after.

Further, Brinton didn’t even check a bag that day. That means he couldn’t have accidentally grabbed the woman’s bag because he had no bag of his own to get it confused with. The excuse that he got scared over a simple mistake doesn’t begin to add up given the fact pattern.

Brinton is a high-level official at the Department of Energy, overseeing nuclear waste disposal. When he was first given the job, conservatives questioned his mental competence, including the irregular hiring practices Watters mentions in the above clip. We were roundly mocked as bigots, but we shouldn’t have been. It is not bigotry to suggest that a man who has a fetish for adults that dress up as dogs might be mentally unstable. Past that, it is not some unforeseen circumstance that a mentally unstable person would do mentally unstable things.

Oddly enough, the press isn’t wanting to cover this story. That would be the same press that insisted Brinton was qualified, stunning, and brave in his role when it served the narrative. Once that felony charge dropped, they suddenly lost interest. What a coincidence.

So where is Brinton now? He was placed on administrative leave. Yes, our federal government is such a dumpster fire that someone can be charged with a felony and all they get is a paid vacation. As for you? Well, you’d get fired from your job because you aren’t part of the privileged class. Brinton will likely end up right back at the DOE after he takes a plea to do some community service.

I’ll end by reiterating something I’ve said before: You don’t have to normalize this stuff. I know that the powers-that-be are brutal in pushing the “current thing” on people, but going along with it is still a choice. The costs of being honest in the face of the trans-lobby will likely grow, but they are worth paying to maintain some level of truth in society.
