There’s essentially nothing I like about Pete Buttigieg. The number of conservatives who got suckered by his “aw shucks, I like Chick-Fil-A too” routine early on was concerning. He’s as far-left as everyone else on the stage and his assertions about Christianity, while he supports abortion on demand, are laughable.

Yet, he managed to do something right last night during the Democrat debate. Namely, he exposed Elizabeth Warren for the panderific fraud that she is.

Credit where credit is due. Buttigieg is right here. Elizabeth Warren has managed to become worth over $10 million while spending most of her time suckling at the teats of academia and government. The idea that she’s a representation of the average person has always been a ridiculous assertion on her part. While she routinely tries to play voters against the rich, she herself is rich.

Further, the only reason she’s not doing large fundraisers right now is because she had already taken millions from wealthy financers during her Senate run, which she’s now using to bolster her presidential campaign. She also has side organizations doing the dirty work for her.

After Buttigieg nailed her to the wall, Warren found herself staring off into space, unwilling to even make eye contact as she was being addressed.

The truth is, though, Warren is just the most egregious example of such hypocrisy. Everyone on that stage has made money off the backs of government while demonizing those who actually create jobs for a living. It’s just another reason why Trump needs to be re-elected in the face of these alternatives.
