We reported on how a bunch of entitled, pugilistic Democrats stormed an ICE detention center in Newark, New Jersey on Friday, pushed and harassed officers, tried to disrupt operations, and just generally made fools of themselves. According to officials, they may face charges for their antics.

But what were they trying to reveal? A hideous dungeon where ICE agents abused and tortured detainees? A rat-infested, inhumane operation stuffed to the gills with starving prisoners?

They would have been disappointed, as Fox News correspondent Rachel Campos-Duffy revealed on Monday when she aired a segment from that very same facility. She did something before arriving that those Democrats weren’t smart enough to think of: she made an appointment.

If that’s not an epic troll, I don’t know what is:

What she found was not all that dastardly after all:

“I came over to the ICE detention facility. I received the tour Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,a representative out of New York, is going to receive a few hours from now,” Campos-Duffy told “Fox and Friends” co-hosts Ainsley Earhardt, Lawrence Jones and Brian Kilmeade. “This is what I saw: ICE has nothing to hide. They have nothing to be ashamed of. This facility is so clean. It has, you know, all kind of recreation facilities, outdoor soccer field, weight equipment, domino tables. It has telephones everywhere with signs next to them of how they can, phone numbers to reach their consulate and also legal facilities, computer web cams.”

Oh. That doesn’t sound all that terrible, does it?

Arrests Very Much 'On the Table' for Dems Who Stormed ICE Facility to Stump for Criminal Illegal Aliens

Duffy had more, saying the place looked like a high school:

“There are doors on the bedrooms and they aren’t even locked,” Campos-Duffy continued. “The facility actually looks like a high school, looks better than a lot of high schools and prisons in America could take a lesson, in fact, director of ICE, who took me around told me, Todd Lyons told me, they can’t contract with state and local facilities, they have to use private facilities, because their standards are so high and it is too expensive to retro retrofit to put the ICE detainees in.”

Compare that with the crazed visit by Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, New Jersey Reps. LaMonica McIver, Robert Menendez Jr, and Bonnie Watson Coleman:

Best view I’ve seen of Newark Mayor Baraka being arrested at ICE NJ on Friday and Rep. McIver (red jacket) obstructing, shoving law enforcement, and then hitting law enforcement.

Rep. Menendez came in with a hit too (right).

Campos-Duffy even revealed that there were signs in Spanish and English that said “Do you want to go home?” They gave out a phone number that illegal aliens could call to get $1,000 and a free flight to their country of origin.

With each passing day, those extremist Democrats look worse and worse. Well played, Fox News, well played.
