I attended the CPAC conference in Washington, D.C., in February, where I was lucky enough to interview doctor and attorney Dr. Simone Gold. She had some fascinating insights into the J6 prisoners, how the Department of Justice has been using a small section of a much broader law to prosecute those who participated in the events of January 6, 2021, and how these techniques are unprecedented and draconian.

But we also discussed the disturbing efforts to curb the free speech rights of medical professionals who dare to disagree with the official line in the COVID era.
The subject seems incredibly relevant as we “celebrate” the anniversary of the pandemic lockdowns that began four years ago this week and shut down much of America and as the Supreme Court prepares to rule on the landmark Missouri v. Biden free speech case. To many, the events of that period and the unconstitutional actions of so many in our government have faded into foggy memory, but I think that’s a huge mistake—we must never forget what happened, or we will almost certainly see it once again in our near future.

Gold says it was a pretext for tyranny:
I’m here also speaking at the International Crisis Summit, they used to be known as “ICFC,” for COVID, but now they’ve changed the name to International Crisis Summit because we knew that COVID was just a pretext for tyranny, you know, wherever they could do it…
What I was speaking about is the fact that our government is in bed -- total lockstep with the media in terms of censoring doctors and propagandizing the world. Specifically, the Missouri v. Biden lawsuit, which is also pending in the Supreme Court, I think May 18th, and that lawsuit outlined all the ways that our White House officers and generals of the NIH, CDC, Census Bureau specifically made Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit, Instagram do certain things at the government’s behest.
I just want to tell everybody: that's illegal.

Gold continued:
You cannot have censorship in this country.
And if the government can't do that, the government also can't outsource it. That's called collateral censorship or secondary censorship. It's illegal. Our government is engaging in this.
I asked her about the preposterous, clearly unconstitutional California law AB 2098, the “doctor-muzzling law,” as I called it, which tried to make it a crime to disagree with “official” medical dogma.
Yes, they really did pass this trash in California:

Gold revealed that the bill was specifically targeting her:
The 2098 law in California was started to stop yours truly. It's actually in the Senate committee hearings in August of ‘22, that they had to stop Dr. Gold. … How funny is it that they did it specifically to stop Dr. Gold and doctors like Dr. Gold?
Although the ridiculous bill passed, it was too much for even Gov. Gavin Newsom, who repealed it because he knew that if a chance for a presidential run presents itself, this banana republic garbage would be on his record. The fact that they even passed it in the first place tells you all you need to know, however, about zealots like Newsom et al., who, if given free rein, would shut down all opinions that stray from theirs.
Simone Gold has been a brave voice since the start of this madness, and she continues to speak out. Good for her.
