Malcolm on the Right Commentary, Ep. 5: Biden's Lost. Where's the Outrage?

Many of us have been shocked — or worse — in recent days by some of Joe Biden’s utterances on the world stage.

It’s one thing for a crazy uncle to spout stuff at the Thanksgiving table while everyone rolls their eyes in a holiday tradition.

It’s quite something else when the crazy uncle is commander in chief of the world’s most powerful military force and he goes willfully off script to demand regime change of leadership in another superpower.

Good Lord!

What a domestic propaganda gift to Russia’s embattled President Putin as his military flounders in its unprovoked Ukraine invasion.

Three days later (3 !!) Biden explained he was just so morally outraged. But he was also perilously out of control rhetorically, unthinking or incapable of thinking clearly, at a tense time as thousands of civilians and troops perish on both sides.

U.S. presidents cannot lose such control. They just can’t. He’s not chatting with nearby Amtrak passengers anymore. And we shouldn’t get comfortable with this kind of behavior just because it’s become so frequent and sympathetic media don’t blow the whistle.

Alas, this wasn’t the only time the oldest president in U.S. history lost his mind in public and said dangerous things. I go into that in this week’s brief audio commentary below.

Let us know in the Comments what you think of this new feature and the week’s commentary.

Here’s last week’s audio commentary on the scant listening in Senate “hearings.”
