Donald Trump: Real estate mogul, billionaire, Commander-in-Chief…eugenicist.

Does that sound right? If so, you’ve got a shot at an A+ on a test recently (and allegedly) administered at Gettysburg College.

According to documents provided to Young America’s Foundation via its Campus Bias Tip Line, Betty Ferster asked her students to select what Trump is.

Amid the multiple choices: the “E” word.

If clicked, pupils were provided the following definition:

The “science” of human improvement through better breeding. It was discredited in 1939, but Trump thinks he’s smart because his uncle was an MIT professor and healthy because he has good genes – we don’t know if he’s healthy, they haven’t released the results of his last check-up.

The course comes courtesy of that most political of all realms: biology. And the above description concludes thusly:

He’s orange.

So goes contemporary education — if, that is, the screenshot is accurate.

As noted by The Daily Wire, the school told YAF its Office of the Provost “plans to investigate this in a timely manner.”

Clearly, the professor isn’t the first one — or the thousandth — to call the President (or any of you) a Nazi. As for the eugenics angle, it isn’t brand spanking either.

Hence, Huffpost’s September offering “Critics Blast Trump’s ‘Good Genes’ Rally Call As A Chilling Echo Of Hitler’s Eugenics,” courtesy of which we were served this:

“You have good genes, you know that, right?” Trump told the crowd of overwhelmingly white supporters Friday. “A lot of it is about the genes, isn’t it, don’t you believe?” he added. “The racehorse theory. You think we’re so different? You have good genes in Minnesota.”

The “racehorse theory” of genetics holds that some human beings are born genetically superior to others.

Halie Soifer, executive director of the Jewish Democratic Council of America, characterized Trump’s remarks as “eugenics” — basing a human being’s worth on genes. “It was used by Nazis to justify genocide,” she tweeted. “Today, it’s used by white nationalists — & apparently the @POTUS — to justify hate.”

Of course, the concept of eugenics has most often been discussed in a very non-conservative politisphere realm.

In July 2020, Planned Parenthood of Greater New York announced it would remove Sanger’s name from its Manhattan clinic due to her “harmful connections to the eugenics movement.” The New York Times reported at the time that the group also said it would talk to city leaders to possibly replace Sanger’s name from the street sign near their offices.

“The removal of Margaret Sanger’s name from our building is both a necessary and overdue step to reckon with our legacy and acknowledge Planned Parenthood’s contributions to historical reproductive harm within communities of color,” said Karen Seltzer, who chairs the Planned Parenthood of Great New York’s board.

At the time, RedState’s Kira Davis wrote, “Sanger was a virulent racist who believed abortion and sterilization was an effective way to prevent undesirables from burdening society. Who were those undesirables? The usual suspects – Jews, Blacks, the poor and the disabled. Conservatives have been screaming about it for years, but the typical response from the left is to accuse conservatives of using false talking points.”

But that was then and this is now. So out with Margaret and in with America’s president. After all, Orange Man Bad.

Except, perhaps, on a test in Pennsylvania — if you’re looking for the right answer, Orange Man Good.

College degree, here we come.
