A Milwaukee Woman Pleads Guilty to Orchestrating Terrorist Attacks for ISIS. Her Status is Especially Disturbing

Good grief.

On Monday, a woman in Cudahy, Wisconsin pleaded guilty to terrorist charges.

Waheba Issa Dais was accused of attempting to plan terrorist attacks for ISIS by providing operatives instructions on making bombs and biological weapons.

What’s perhaps most notable: she’s a mother of seven.

As I’ve suggested twice recently (here and here), you truly never know who you’re talking to. Or looking at. Or passing on the street: There are murderers among us.

Waheba lives slightly south of Milwaukee. Just a normal mom who’d love to see America destroyed. Including you.

According to court papers, she utilized hacked social media counts in her communication with — and attempted recruitment of — professed members of the Islamic State.

U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin Matthew Krueger stated the obvious:

“These cases demonstrate the continuing and evolving terrorism threat posed by foreign terrorism organizations.”

Indeed.

Waheba — who’ll begin the sentencing phase on September 12th — faces up to 20 years in prison.

Her plans were halted. But how many more like her are still among us? And how many of those will evade discovery?

There’s a seed within America. One against the very heart of the country. It’s welled up on the Left side of the aisle. It’s armed itself within a religious fringe. And it doesn’t show signs of stopping.

Waheba is a mother of seven; what’s she taught her children?
