President Trump is in the Oval Office right now with only a few reporters signing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, Friday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m.
The President tweeted earlier today about the signing.
Will be signing the biggest ever Tax Cut and Reform Bill in 30 minutes in Oval Office. Will also be signing a much needed 4 billion dollar missile defense bill.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, AMERICA.
President Trump explains why he decided at the last minute to do the signing on Friday morning.
"You all were. But 'will he sign it by Christmas?' And I called downstairs and said 'Get it ready, we have to sign it now.'"
