There's a horrible situation unfolding in Europe, specifically, in a Spain-held enclave on the south side of the Strait of Gibraltar, where what we can only describe as an invasion is underway. But here, in the United States, things are different - for now.
President Trump is counting coup on the successes of his second-term border enforcement policies, and he's justified in doing so. The number of encounters at the border has plummeted since January of 2025. A recent Fox News piece gave the numbers:

We did. Amazing. If you go back and look at the numbers, encounters at the border under Joe Biden, 8.7 million encounters between 2021 and January 2025. Under President Trump, first two years of his second administration, 188,000. That's 188,000 vs. 8.7 million encounters. Remember the caravans. Remember the Haitians who parked under the bridge.
It's a fair point. The difference in our borders, especially the southern border, is stark.

It really is that simple. Remember the caravans under the Biden administration? Now, look at what has transpired in Spain; that's where we were headed. That could be where we are headed again, the next time a Democrat sits down in the Oval Office. We need only turn the clock back two years to see that; 8.7 million people entered the country illegally during the disastrous tenure of Joe Biden and the Biden administration's utter disregard for our nation's immigration laws and border security. 8.7 million illegal aliens, many, likely most, allowed in with minimal or no screening, vetting, or anything. And we still don't know where a lot of them are, what they are doing, or what they may have planned.
Not all of them came from Latin America, either. There are people here illegally from places like China - and Iran.
Look at what's going on in Ceuta, Spain, right now. Want to know what the Democrats' end-game is on immigration? Want to know what the "Democratic Socialists of America" endgame is on immigration? Want to know what the American left's endgame is on immigration? Look at Ceuta, Spain. That's what it is. That's what they want. And if we ever allow them back in power, that's what they'll get.
