More details are emerging from the preliminary hearing in the case of the accused murderer of Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson. Several video clips of Robinson's boyfriend, Lance Twiggs, have been released, along with images of the cellular phone text messages between Robinson and Twiggs that appear to include a confession.

First, the text messages:

Note that language: Twiggs: "You weren't the one who did it right????" Robinson: "I am, I'm sorry." That sure looks like an admission.

Last fall, RedState's Nick Arama had more details on the original release of the text message contents:

Finally, the contents of the "note under the keyboard" have also been released.

This post reads:

BREAKING: Tyler Robinson's lover Lance Twiggs CONFIRMS he found a note on Robinson's desk on September 10th, admitting he left to go "take out" Charlie Kirk

Per a subpoena, the note said:

"Luna (referring to Twiggs),

If you are reading this per my text, then I am so sorry. I left the house this morning on a mission, and set an auto text.

I am likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.

I don’t know if I will/have succeeded, but I had hoped to make it home to you. I wish we could have lived in a world where this did not feel necessary.

I wish I could have stayed for you and lived our lives together."

Bear in mind, this is a preliminary hearing. No jury has yet been selected. This isn't a trial. To a layman, this information released looks very, very troublesome for the defense, but it's important to remember that the process is still in the preliminary stages.
