Elon Musk is a man of considerable means; in fact, he's one of, if not the, wealthiest and therefore most influential men on the planet. He formed and ran the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) for a time, he was a key figure in President Trump's successful 2024 election, and he has been seen at the president's side many times. They seemed to have drifted apart for a time, but now Elon appears to be back on Team Trump.
In the latest Musk News, the tech gazillionaire has donated $10 million to the campaign of pro-Trump Republican Kentucky Senate candidate Nate Morris.

Elon is all-in on saving America in November 2026
Even for a key Senate campaign, that's a substantial amount.

Mr. Musk has been raising his profile again, increasing his presence in matters Republican. If there was, as was often reported, a feud or disagreement between him and President Trump, they would seem to have resolved it.
Billionaire Elon Musk signaled Thursday that he’ll fund Republican candidates ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, arguing the country is doomed if Democrats take control of Congress.
“America is toast if the radical left wins,” Musk wrote on X. “They will open the floodgates to illegal immigration and fraud.
“Won’t be America anymore.”
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO’s post was made in response to a conservative influencer claiming Musk is “going all-in funding Republicans to help President Trump take back full control in the November midterms.”
It's the logical move for the tech billionaire. As Musk points out, the Democrats have been hijacked by the far left; just witness recent events in Minneapolis, Portland, and even New York. There's little or no chance of a third party arising at this point in history that can challenge the two-party system that has been in place since before the Civil War. And the GOP, frankly, needs to have Musk on its side. The Democrats have their big-dollar donors (a guy named Soros comes to mind), and the GOP has theirs; Elon is the biggest fish in that pond.
The size of Musk’s recent donations won’t be known publicly until campaign finance reports are released later this month.
Musk shelled out more than $290 million in the 2024 election cycle, making him the top political donor of that year by nearly $100 million.
It's going to be an interesting campaign season. In Kentucky, it's likely whoever Kentucky Republicans pick to run for Senate will win, given that state's voting record - but then, Democrat Governor Andy Beshear was just elected to a second term. It doesn't pay to take anything for granted in this game.
Every campaign this year will be hard-fought. The GOP has to fight for every seat, for every vote, for every inch of ground. There are no guarantees. But having Elon Musk on the Republican side is an edge that we should be glad for.
Editor’s Note: The Democrat Party has never been less popular as voters reject its globalist agenda.
