In the roundly entertaining "Austin Powers" films, Mike Myers clearly and admittedly modeled the villain, "Dr. Evil," after recurring James Bond villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld. The bald head, the cat, the gray Nehru jacket - it's an obvious homage. But if one wanted a real-life Dr. Evil, a more sinister figure, more calculating, even more heartless and cruel, one could do a lot worse than to model that villain after George Soros.
One of the villainous Soros' enterprises is the New York-based Open Society Foundations, which apparently has a revolving door connecting it to the Biden White House. Since part of Soros's agenda is to push for open, unfettered, uncontrolled immigration, it's just too rich to see a video uploaded Wednesday that appears to show an Asian, illegal immigrant family camped out on the Open Society Foundations' doorstep, freezing as the Soros people work comfortably inside.
A migrant family has been camping in broad daylight outside the Midtown headquarters of billionaire George Soros’ lefty advocacy group Open Society Foundations — which poured tens of millions of dollars into pushing loose immigration policies, shocking video footage shows.
The video, posted Wednesday on X by activist and political consultant Jason Curtis Anderson, shows a mother he claims is a Asian migrant sitting in the freezing cold on a gray blanket spread along the sidewalk outside of Soros’ grant-making network’s offices on West 57th Street near Broadway.
“They pride themselves on taking care of the homeless and immigrants’ rights, but they’re letting people literally die on the sidewalk 20 feet from the front door,” said Anderson, who works nearby.
The video does appear to show exactly that.

There are any number of reasons we could point out that lead to the inevitable conclusion that George Soros and his son Alex are, as a high-school coach of my long-ago acquaintance used to say, "rear-end individuals."

But this is too much.
Since 2016, Open Society has funneled at least $47 million to groups pushing lax border policies and immigration reform like Alianza Americas and Border Network for Human Rights, according to a review of the nonprofit’s grants.
Tom Fitton, president of conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, ripped Soros for pumping money into lax-border policies yet not doing enough to help migrants when they arrive – even at his own doorstep.
“It’s not surprising to me that the left doesn’t want to deal with the consequences of their policies in a direct way,” he said.
It shouldn't be surprising. Not at all. Leftists like Soros are big on talking; if they swing a big bank account, they will toss money at the "right" causes, as Soros does. But actually getting involved on the retail level? Not a chance.
George Soros could, without the slightest personal hardship, put this family up in a Manhattan penthouse and have their groceries delivered to them weekly. He could certainly find them some kind of employment in the Foundation they are camped outside; the mother may be qualified for nothing more than restroom attendant, but that is at least honest work. He could do this for many, many people who are freezing on the streets of New York right now.
But he doesn't. He won't. He doesn't give a damn about these people. He gives a damn about forcing you and me to pay, with our tax dollars, for the awful consequences of policies that he has endorsed, put his money towards, and sent his people into the Biden White House to push.
An Asian immigrant family is freezing on his doorstep, and George Soros couldn't care less. What an absolute piece of crap.
