I said this was going to get interesting and thus, it has.

Last night I wrote this about Hillary 2016 people sniping at current nominee for the Democratic nomination in 2020, Bernie Sanders. You can read that post by clicking this Feel The BERN: Hillary Clinton’s Ex Staff Slams Bernie Sanders.

Well, it didn’t take long for team BERN to respond. According to The Hill…

The spokesman for Sen. Bernie Sanders’s (I-Vt.) 2016 presidential campaign slammed Hillary Clinton and her staff as “total ingrates” and “***holes” following criticism from ex-Clinton aides over Sanders’s use of private jets.

“You can see why she’s one of the most disliked politicians in America. She’s not nice. Her people are not nice,” Michael Briggs, the spokesman, told Politico of Clinton. “[Sanders] busted his tail to fly all over the country to talk about why it made sense to elect Hillary Clinton and the thanks that [we] get is this kind of petty stupid sniping a couple years after the fact.”

Briggs also called Clinton and her staff “***holes.”

“It doesn’t make me feel good to feel this way but they’re some of the biggest ***holes in American politics,” he said, according to Politico.

I had to blank some of the words there being this is a family-friendly place.

So Michael Biggs just said out loud what most of America knew and all of Washington D.C. has known forever. The Clinton people are not a bunch of folks who would have a beer with unless they were paying you.

Gotcha.

That the Clinton folks decided to send that info in the Politico hit piece to take some shine off of Sanders is very telling. Hillary stole the nomination from him in 2016 and she wants to prevent him from winning in 2020. She holds a vendetta like no other.

Hopefully, if Bernie does win the Dems nod, let’s hope he doesn’t go full Clinton and not visit Wisconsin.
