Just last night on this very page I wrote about how the most famous client Michael Avenatti is most likely to ever get, Stormy Daniels, has been eerily quiet about the “alleged” trouble her lawyer has been in. Are Stormy Daniels And Creepy Porn Lawyer Splitting Up?

Now comes the oh so shocking news after Avenatti’s arrest last Wednesday on a domestic violence incident that a young actress has filed a restraining order against him.

According to Fox News…

An aspiring film actress on Monday filed a restraining order against lawyer Michael Avenatti – just days after he was detained by police on domestic violence charges, according to court records obtained by The Blast.

Mareli Miniutti, an actress who appeared in Ocean’s 8, filed the domestic violence restraining order Monday in Los Angeles, the report said. It wasn’t immediately clear if Miniutti was the woman who accused Avenatti of domestic violence last week.

A police source with L.A.P.D. commented…

Police didn’t immediately disclose details about the arrest incident but Officer Tony Im, an LAPD spokesman, said the victim has visible injuries.

Avenatti from the onset of this has claimed his innocence and has gone as far to say that this is some right-wing hoax that is being perpetuated to smear his good name. He went to his favorite place to vent (President Trump’s favorite also) twitter to state this after the restraining order info had been leaked.

I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts. I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated.

Creepy has a right to being considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This is very important to remember. Just because the guy has been a flaming tool and PR hound does not mean he should not get his day in court.

However, it is important to note the response of those that have cheered Avenatti on his crusade against Trump in regards to this domestic violence accusation. The police made an arrest, said that the woman involved had visible injuries and an investigation is ongoing.

When Brett Kavanaugh was accused by “victims” from 3 decades ago with no evidence or back up corroboration the people who are quiet now on Avenatti demanded Kavanaugh be skewered.

Interesting how that works.
