There's ongoing back and forth between the White House and the Senate GOP over the SAVE America Act and the Sour Grapes Caucus™️ bid to hold up Todd Blanche's nomination as Attorney General. So that's fun.

A couple more decisions of note:
- ❌ In Electronic Privacy Information Center v. OPM (disclosure of personal financial records to DOGE), Judge Alston Rossie (Eastern District of Virginia) DENIES admin's motion to dismiss.
- ❌ In J.O.P. v. DHS (asylum settlement enforcement), Judge Stephanie Gallagher (Maryland) FINDS DOJ in contempt and imposes new requirements but DENIES plaintiffs' request to compel return of E.M.P.
COMING ATTRACTIONS
SCOTUS may weigh in next week on the litigation over President Trump's election integrity executive order.
And, as I said above, keep an eye on Camp David.
And we'll be watching to see if the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee votes on contempt for Fauci.

In case you haven't seen the video emerging from Spain (or, at least, Spain's North African territory), our Kyle Becker has been covering the story. The coastal city of Ceuta is essentially being overrun with Algerian and Moroccan migrants, and the Spanish government's response is...anemic at best.
Basically, it's a total mess right now — and it only looks to get worse.
