#1 - Sweatin' and Squirming: SPLC Boss Wilts Under Jim Jordan's Rapid‑Fire Judiciary Grilling — by Bob Hoge
Watch Interim SPLC President and CEO Bryan K. Fair squirm and sweat as Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) rapidly fires questions at him, very few of which Fair could or would answer. If you want a textbook case of someone giving the appearance of lying straight to your face, Fair is your shining example:
BOOM: @Jim_Jordan makes the SPLC president SWEAT UNDER OATH.
— Townhall.com (@townhallcom) June 9, 2026
He looks SO NERVOUS, and he should be. pic.twitter.com/J3N8fz6qxxYou really have to watch the clip to truly get the sense of how unresponsive Fair — who, in my estimation, should consider renaming himself to “Unfair” — was to the questions. He would frequently sip water, stare off into space, deliver lingering pauses instead of answers, and dodge issues by saying legal counsel would address many of the allegations at a later date.

#2 - New Details on Karmelo Anthony's Knife Obliterate Woke Dem's 'Not a Deadly Weapon' Narrative — by Sister Toldjah
Anthony's defenders have made this case about race right from the start. Anthony is black; Metcalf was white. Anthony has contended that he had a right to self-defense after Metcalf allegedly pushed him during a heated exchange under Metcalf's high school's tent during a track meet, where Anthony was asked more than once to leave, according to witnesses.
Not surprisingly, Crockett not only took Anthony's side in portraying him as the true victim, but she actually suggested during a Tuesday podcast that the multi-tool knife used in the killing was "small," while pressing her fingers close together to make it look like the blade was about an inch long, as someone else could be heard comparing it to a Swiss Army knife. "I would argue the size of it alone, you wouldn’t even think it’s a deadly weapon," Crockett went on to claim.

#3 - Trump's Mic Drop Moment Over CA Elections May Be His All-Time Best — by Nick Arama
The president then decided he'd had enough, and said he was ending the interview. Welker whined, saying that she'd come all the way to Wisconsin to do the interview. Well, so did he, although he had other reasons to be there, and he's the president of the United States. His time is more important. Trump explained he'd already given her an hour in the rain in what looked like a barn, not exactly the most amenable setting, either.
.@POTUS bodies @kwelkernbc on California's pathetic excuse for an election system:

"Do you think it's appropriate that they have an election and five days later they're nowhere close to picking a winner!? They're crooked — just like you're crooked." pic.twitter.com/a4gwNUm7gCBut our friends at our sister site Twitchy picked up on a moment we missed previously, and our own Buzz Patterson posted about it. Buzz is right. Now this is one heck of a mic drop to the media. Literally. After Trump called an end to the interview, he took off the mic and dropped it on the ground. Then, as he walked out, as Welker protested, he stepped on the mic. You can hear the squish sound.

#4 - Watch: NBA Commish Torches Hakeem Jeffries' Trump-Knicks Spin With a Brutal Reality Check — by Teri Christoph
Although he didn't mention Jeffries by name, Silver clearly had gotten wind of the fact that some on the left were floating the idea that the president, who grew up in New York City, had no business being at the game. Nothing could be further from the truth, said Silver.
"He was a fixture at Madison Square Garden," he told the ESPN broadcast crew from the floor of the Garden; that crew included retired NBA greats Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley. "You guys remember – all of you – when you played here back in the old days, he had courtside seats. He was here all the time. He was at drafts, so he's a genuine Knicks fan."
🚨 WOW! NBA Commissioner Adam Silver just went full TRUMP MODE at Madison Square Garden
— Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) June 9, 2026
"He was a FIXTURE at Madison Square Garden...he had courtside seats, here ALL the time. He was at drafts. He's a GENUINE Knicks fan." 🔥

#5 - Trump's Surprising, Hilarious Endorsement of Maine Senate Candidate — by Nick Arama
"She does because she's a sane woman. She's not my best friend at all," Trump said.
"But she's a sane person. She's a person that's never missed a vote in many years. I mean, she's like 10,000 votes. She had 10,000 votes. She never missed a vote. Unfortunately, because sometimes she voted against me!
"You know, look, she's a sane woman, and she's a respected person. Maybe a little different ideology than me.
"But this guy is a thug. He's a fake thug. He's a phony. I made a lot of money picking out phonies. He's a real phony. He's a bad person."
He's funny, but it's a serious choice. It is a binary choice, and we can't have Platner, not just because he's horrible and that would be horrible for Maine, but because that seat could be the key to holding the Senate. We can't have that slip away to the Democrats, or we will see perfidy from them on the levels we haven't seen yet. Platner would always vote against Trump and the right policies.
