Unsealed Affidavit in Criminal Case Against George Gascon's 'Ethics' Deputy Reveals Depths of Corruption

What is still unclear is whether the investigation is complete, or there are more revelations to drop.

Tucker Nails It on Biden's Decline: 'We're in Legitimate Danger. Democrats Need to Pull Back.'

We’ve reported that it would be difficult to replace Biden on the ticket—but not impossible—and it must be done.

Musk Scorches Kamala Harris Over False Tweet: 'Lying on This Platform Doesn't Work Anymore'

I don't have to agree with every personal choice he makes or every stance he takes, but these days he's acting as one of the most effective counters to leftist lies that we have going.

WHAT'S ON TAP?

Today on Capitol Hill...

Again, it will be relatively quiet on the Hill this week with the holiday. Aside from AOC, who I gather is preparing to deliver a dramatic reading of the articles of impeachment she intends to file against one or more Supreme Court justices who dared not give her her stompy-footed way.

White House What's Up

Busy day (relatively speaking) for President Joe Biden today: Following his morning spray tan, he'll head to the D.C. Emergency Operations Center to receive a briefing and deliver remarks on extreme weather. Later Tuesday afternoon, he'll participate in a campaign reception in McLean, Virginia.

Full Court Press...

That noise you hear is a pin dropping. SCOTUS is done for the term, and the courts are mostly quiet. In Senator Bob Menendez's (D-NJ) corruption trial, the defense has now begun presenting its case, so presumably, that one will be wrapping up sooner rather than later. We could, of course, see some interesting filings/developments in some of former President Trump's cases following Monday's ruling on presidential immunity; and possibly some in Hunter Biden's cases. We'll keep an eye out.

MORNING MUSING

After observing the reaction to the Supreme Court's immunity decision, I have come to the conclusion that there's a large — way too large — portion of the chattering class utterly bereft of critical thinking skills or intellectual integrity — or both. I know, I know — that's been obvious for a long time. Monday's reaction highlight reel just affirms it. But the stench from all the hair set ablaze is gross.

Orange you glad this isn't you?
