#1 - WATCH: Hamas Terrorists Surrender en Masse, and the Photos and Videos Are Telling — by Bonchie
I look forward to the United Nations and the rest of the liberal international community claiming that strip-searching terrorists before detaining them is somehow a violation of the laws of war. We all know that's coming, and there have already been a myriad of articles (such as this one from Reuters) quoting "Gaza health officials" claiming humanitarian abuses.
To its credit, Israel is ignoring all the noise, including coming from the Biden administration, and is focusing on its ultimate goal. PM Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking for the current unity government, has said that destroying Hamas is how this ends, and the IDF is continuing that pursuit. Some reports have even put Yahya Sinwar, the military leader of Hamas, in tunnels underneath Khan Younis. If that turns out to be true, Israel could be closing in on delivering its biggest blow yet.
#2 - Former Capitol Police Officer Blows J6 Narrative Wide Open With Release of New Audio — by Jeff Charles
The audio backs up criticism against the Capitol Police that it failed to take decisive action on Jan. 6 despite having been warned about potential violence previously. He also called out Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger for opposing the release of the J6 footage and using non-disclosure agreements to keep officers silent.
This release introduces another dimension to the discourse surrounding J6. Johnson’s former position as a police officer gives him a perspective that those interested in weaponizing the incident against their political opposition would not want anyone to hear. There is a reason why the anti-Trump House Select Jan. 6 Committee would not bother to take testimony from Johnson.
#3 - Disney Decided to Boycott X, Then a New Report Completely Exposed the Company — by Bonchie
What is the inappropriate content? According to the Journal's reporting, it includes sexually explicit content involving children. In other words, Disney pulled its ads from X over a flawed conclusion put out by the discredited organization Media Matters but continues to advertise on Instagram despite its ads showing up next to child pornography.
Does that make Disney's motivations for pulling ads from X clear enough? If this were really about concern for the brand, why would Disney continue to advertise on Instagram? Why hasn't it immediately paused its advertising on the platform?
Then there's the specific idea of antisemitic content. According to a recent study, Chinese-controlled TikTok is, by far, the biggest purveyor of antisemitic content. It has become a home for pro-Hamas "influencers" who spew genocidal viewpoints daily. Guess where Disney still advertises? That would be TikTok.
#4 - Bombshell: Jim Jordan Claims Fulton County DA Fani Willis Colluded With J6 Committee to Indict Trump — by Jeff Charles
Jordan also points to the “significant delay” between the launching of the investigation and the filing of charges. “The timing of this prosecution reinforces concerns about your motivation,” he wrote. “In February 2021, news outlets reported that you directed your office to open an investigation into President Trump…Yet you did not bring charges until two-and-a-half years later, at a time when the campaign for the Republican presidential nomination is in full swing.”
The lawmaker also calls the district attorney out for refusing to respond to his requests sent in the previous letter when his investigation into the indictment began, noting that her September response “failed to adequately address the Committee’s requests and made several baseless excuses for refusing to provide the requested documents."
#5 - Hunter Biden Tries to Subpoena Trump and Barr, and Special Counsel's Response Is Gold — by Nick Arama
Translation: you guys have nothing and you're truly hard up. And the irony of arguing this when the charges began under your father is too much.
If Hunter's team isn't even laying out any evidence of bias, it's hard to see how any subpoena should be approved. It also looks like a fishing expedition to find anything they can to help their case. And it's not a good look when it involves the chief political opponent of Hunter's father in the election. The problem is that Hunter is in a difficult situation and he can't skate out of it this way. He may finally have to answer on the charges after his attempt to get a plea deal fell apart.
