Part of the Thanksgiving festivities at Mar-a-Lago for the Trump family included a call from President Trump to members of the U.S. military to express support for their hard work and the sacrifices they make every day for the American people.
As RedState reported, on a somber note amid the call, Trump shared the heartbreaking news that 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom, one of two members of the National Guard who were shot in a terrorist attack on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., has tragically passed away from her injuries.
"She’s just passed away. She’s no longer with us," he stated. "She’s looking down at us right now. Her parents are with her."
During the event, Trump also went back and forth with reporters over the suspect in the attack, 29-year-old Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, and the announcement Trump made Wednesday night about how all Afghans who came into the country under former President Joe Biden, especially those who were taken in after the deadly 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal, needed to be re-vetted.
Understandably, Trump was not having it as reporters played their usual woke games. Here are some clips of some of the event, including some of the back and forths:

FAKE NEWS: "Why do you blame the Biden Administration?"@POTUS: "Because they let him! Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person? Because they came in on a plane — along with thousands of other people that SHOULDN'T BE HERE."

Trump also revealed more information about future Venezuela plans:
The U.S. will "very soon" start taking action to stop suspected Venezuelan drug traffickers on land, U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday.
"You probably noticed that people aren't wanting to be delivering by sea, and we'll be starting to stop them by land also. The land is easier, but that's going to start very soon," Trump said, speaking virtually with U.S. military service members.
