Watch: Jon Ossoff Makes Damning Admission About Joe Biden's Decline and Georgia Voters Should Take Notice

Much like the 2026 Senate race here in North Carolina, where former Gov. Roy Cooper (D) and former RNC Chair Michael Whatley are the likely nominees, the Georgia Senate race promises to be one of the most closely watched and expensive ones in the country.

Control of the U.S. Senate is at stake, and the GOP is eager to return the seat currently held by Jon Ossoff (D) to the red column.

While it's unclear who the GOP nominee will be in this race, one of the candidates, Rep. Mike Collins, is sounding off after Ossoff made a rather damning admission about Joe Biden's decline during a recent Pod Save America interview.

In a discussion about the former president's age and whether Democrats should have done a better job of reading the room in 2024, in the context of claims made in Kamala Harris' new book, notorious "Obama Bro" Tommy Vietor asked Ossoff why he felt there wasn't a more "honest" discussion about it well ahead of the election.

In response, Ossoff essentially admitted that he knew Biden was unfit for another four years but kept quiet because he knew such admissions potentially could hurt him against Trump.

Vietor: Do you think that there was something preventing, I don't know, a more honest conversation about his prospects within [the] Democratic Party? Because, like the data was there, voters were telling us he was too old. Focus groups were telling us he was too old. We just didn't listen to the mounds and mounds of data that was out there.

Ossoff: I think that like the most brutally honest answer to that question is, you know, when you're facing the spectre of Donald Trump potentially being reelected to the presidency and you have in the sitting president the presumptive nominee, it's understandable that you're not going to be inclined to do or say things that might weaken that presumptive nominee against Trump, given the threat that he posed and poses.

Watch:

Keep in mind here that when Democrats talk about Biden's age, that's code for Biden's health decline, as few of them want to admit on the record that they knew he was unfit to be president, because that would lead to a lot of uncomfortable questions and possible political recriminations that they just don't want to deal with.

And yet that is exactly what Ossoff should face in light of this interview, which is about as close as any elected Democrat will get to admitting they knew in advance of Biden's condition but said nothing - even though they had to be aware that such a scenario undoubtedly meant that unelected people were running our country and would have continued to had Biden stayed in the race and somehow gotten reelected.

That's something Democrats, including Ossoff, undoubtedly knew and were okay with if it meant keeping Trump out of office. In essence, to "save democracy" (their words) or whatever, they were perfectly willing to destroy it by keeping a figurehead in the Oval Office whose handlers had to do the heavy lifting while we were continually gaslit about Biden's ability to lead.

Ossoff has said and done some foolish things in office, but this might be the most dangerous thing he's ever said. Georgia voters need to think long and hard before they cast their ballots in the 2026 Senate election as to whether they want someone like this to continue to "represent" their interests in D.C.

Editor's Note: The Democrat Party has never been less popular as voters reject its globalist agenda.
