Vice President Kamala Harris was her own worst enemy well before Joe Biden was forced to pick her for his vice presidential running mate last year, and nothing about that statement has changed, not even one iota, since she was sworn in as Biden’s second in command back in January.
Harris, along with Biden Sec. of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, visited my home city of Charlotte, North Carolina earlier today to tout Biden’s bloated infrastructure law during a stop at a local public transit facility as speculation ramps up that a potential 2024 or 2028 rivalry is brewing between the two, who are both failed presidential candidates.
But during their swing through Charlotte, there were some cringeworthy moments from Harris caught on video along with comments she made that would make perfect campaign ads for Republicans going into the 2022 midterms.
For instance, here’s Harris talking about how bad things are for the American people right now under … Joe Biden’s economy:

Later, Harris got behind the wheel of an electric bus and things got weird, really weird:
That’s Kamala Harris pretending to drive an all-electric bus, then honking the horn.
“The wheels on the bus go ‘round and ‘round,” Harris said, letting out a big laugh as Pete Buttigieg looks on. pic.twitter.com/gGNw7pQvNM

While the photo says quite a bit, the video of the moment is something else:

Harris’s comments about the dire state of the economy and her weird singing and honking in the bus come a month to the day after Biden also handed Republicans a 2022 gift by giving his handlers nightmares with this statement:
“So there’s a lot to look at, but the bottom line is that I think that, anyone would prefer – as bad as things are in terms of the prices hurting families now, [anyone] would trade this Thanksgiving for last Thanksgiving.”
As I noted at the time, most of us in this country remember that last year at this time, the economy was turning around despite the coronavirus pandemic, and even most of the people who were struggling to make ends meet due to dictatorial economic lockdowns in Democrat-run parts of the country were at least able to find the food they needed for their meals and didn’t have much difficulty finding gifts to put under the Christmas tree.
Things are a lot different this year, despite what Biden, Harris, and co-President Ron Klain would like for people to believe. Due to Bidenomics, things are not only more expensive but are also harder to find.
Further, the Biden administration’s scare tactics about the pandemic – coupled with the Democrat push for endless government “aid” packages at the federal and state levels as well as Biden’s private-sector vaccine mandate, have had the net effect of causing record numbers of people to leave the workforce in the millions per month, which has also exacerbated the supply chain crisis.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are now point-blank admitting (inadvertently so) that in economic terms, things in America are bad right now – under their leadership. The GOP needs to take these lines and run with them in every campaign ad they can going forward. When even the Democrat leader of the free world and his Vice President are both acknowledging what other under circumstances would be considered a standard “Republican talking point,” that tells you quite a bit – with none of it being good.
