The unhinged left’s war against Chick-fil-A rages on, and this time they took it to a hockey game in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Fox News reports:
A group of protesters took to the ice at a Cincinnati Cyclones hockey game on Saturday to slam Chick-fil-A over what they believed to be the company’s “anti-gay” views.
During the minor league team’s playoff game against the Kalamazoo Wings, the protesters unfurled signs reading “Chick-fil-A is anti-gay” while riding a Chick-fil-A-sponsored Zamboni following the game’s first period.
Here’s video of the incident, via TMZ:
The Cyclones were not happy at the cheap shots taken against one of their sponsors:
The hockey team, in the midst of a playoff series, has threatened seven people with criminal trespassing if they ever return, spokesman Everett Fitzhugh said Sunday. Signs will be banned on the “Fan Zam” Zamboni from now on, too, Fitzhugh said.
“Moving forward, we have adopted a ‘no signage’ policy on the Fan Zam, and we will be monitoring all riders to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again,” he said.
During the first intermission a group of protestors riding the Chick-fil-A Fan Zam displayed unacceptable messaging that was hidden inside of a birthday sign. The Cincinnati Cyclones & U.S. Bank Arena do not condone this type of behavior or the messaging expressed. 1 of 2

The offending parties have been removed from the game and we apologize to anyone that may have been offended by these actions.

The protesters clearly have at least one local political ally in their fight: Cincinnati City Councilman Chris Seelbach, who posted this to his Facebook account Sunday:

Here’s what a ride on the “Fan Zam” typically looks like (without protesters):
Hijacking a child-friendly ride meant to amuse young and old alike to own the cons. I wonder if these geniuses realize that tactics like these hurt more than help their cause?
Probably not.
