**BREAKING**

As protests in Philadelphia turn violent after a man armed with a knife was shot and killed by police, a line of police officers, who appear to have been containing rioting, was run down by a speeding truck that appears to have left the scene.

Reports from the scene say that the people in the truck have been arrested, but it cannot be confirmed at this time.
