A new poll has crowned Melania Trump as the undisputed champion of White House Christmas decorations, with Americans overwhelmingly preferring her efforts over those of former First Ladies Jill Biden and Michelle Obama.

Glad to see Melania class up the place a little bit once more.

Her theme this season, "Home Is Where The Heart Is," shows the elegance and character of the White House that has been missing for years.

“This Christmas, let’s celebrate the love we hold within ourselves and share it with the world around us," Mrs. Trump said in a statement. "After all, wherever we are, we can create a home filled with grace, radiance, and endless possibilities.”

That grace apparently shone brightly, with a vast majority of Americans in a new Daily Mail poll enjoying her decorations over those of her predecessors.

The poll actively used techniques to avoid respondents choosing the Christmas decorations based on their support for the presidents and administrations involved. They showed anonymous photos of the decorations to ensure unbiased responses.

Results revealed 61% favored Melania's style against Jill Biden's 2024 efforts (39%), while an even stronger 67% chose Melania over Michelle Obama's 2016 decor (33%).

Remarkably, the preference crossed party lines, with Democrats selecting Melania's decorations 54% over Jill's and 62% over Michelle's.

Weird that a model who exemplifies grace and beauty and is synonymous with the latest fashion trends somehow outpaced two women whose decorations had all the beauty and charm of Lady Gaga's meat dress.

Personally, I'm more surprised by the fact that Michelle Obama's Christmas decorations came in dead last in this three-way race. How bad were they? I don't even remember.

What I do remember is Dr. Jill's "Nutcracker" ostentation from last year. That was a tragedy on par with Grandma and her unfortunate encounter with a reindeer. Nothing captures the spirit and grace of Christmas quite like people running around in furry masks and a guy with a giant purple flower on his head.

But I digress.

The White House recently took a jab at Jill Biden's Christmas decorations, noting they looked like a circus.

"Biden (Circus) vs. Trump (Elegance). Dignity has been restored," the official rapid response account captured in a pair of dueling images from both First Lady's efforts.

(Side note - If Kamala had won the election, God forbid, would we be talking about Doug Emhoff's Christmas eye for decorating?)

Getting back to Obama's decorations, check out People magazine's report on her 2016 setup, including an 18-foot-long “paper chain” draped between two LEGO “gingerfriends" that she had sitting below a portrait of Abraham Lincoln. In fact, the decor included more than 200,000 LEGOS used in the design.

Melania's decorations this season include 75 wreaths, more than 50 Christmas trees, 700 feet of garland, 25,000 feet of ribbon, and 10,000 butterflies. That is a staggering amount of holiday cheer. Sleigh, queen.
