The White House Rapid Response team took an oh-so-subtle jab at Jill Biden as First Lady Melania Trump unveiled her exponentially more elegant Christmas decorations in the people's house.
Melania is all class, as per usual.
By contrast, there was the perpetual circus provided by the good "doctor," whose fashion sense consisted of a closet full of tablecloths she called dresses. Shockingly, someone with no sense of style was unable to translate the Christmas decorations into something respectable.
"Biden (Circus) vs. Trump (Elegance). Dignity has been restored," the official rapid response account captured a pair of dueling images.
The Biden image features a tacky carousel complete with reindeer and swans bobbing up and down on poles.

Jill Biden Releases Bizarre Christmas Video That Has Everyone Talking
If we're being honest here, the Rapid Response team kind of held back. They could have been just a shade more savage with their reminder about Jill's Christmas decorating efforts.
Who could forget this travesty? A travesty described by Mrs. Biden as a "bit of magic, wonder, and joy." Yeah, so long as you can overlook the accompanying mightmare fuel.
Ah, who doesn't miss the days when the White House was turned into a high school play production, complete with furry masks and a guy with a giant purple flower on his head?

What in the bejeezus was that, exactly?
The Economic Times described Dr. Jill's decorations as including a "maypole that resembled a circus tent" and "window drapes ... replaced with multicoloured ribbon, creating the illusion of a fun house entrance."
No matter, Melania, as she often does, is classing up the place once again. Her theme, "Home Is Where The Heart Is," shows the character of the White House that has been missing for years.
“This Christmas, let’s celebrate the love we hold within ourselves and share it with the world around us," Mrs. Trump said in a statement. "After all, wherever we are, we can create a home filled with grace, radiance, and endless possibilities.”

Melania's decorations include 75 wreaths, more than 50 Christmas trees, 700 feet of garland, 25,000 feet of ribbon, and 10,000 butterflies. That is a staggering amount of holiday cheer.
To be fair, it's not like the Bidens didn't try to bring a little winter holiday spirit to the White House. It was just a different kind of snow they decorated with ... allegedly.
