Trump DOJ Official Names ‘Gatekeepers’ Involved in Autopen Scandal

Ed Martin, a pardon attorney and head of the Department of Justice’s weaponization task force, has been investigating the corrupt use of the autopen to sign documents, including pardons, during Joe Biden’s presidency.

During a segment with journalist Mark Halperin on Tuesday's "2WAY Tonight" show, Martin revealed that he has been speaking to a whistleblower naming names of those potentially involved in the scandal.

"I had a whistleblower in my office 10 day ago — senior, senior Democrat — saying, 'Look, it was these three people that controlled access, and they were making money off of it,'" he told Halperin.

"I don't know if I believe it yet, but the point is, I think, we have to get to the bottom of it for the American people and to protect the process, and that's what we're doing."

According to Martin, that individual worked at the "highest levels" of the Biden campaign in 2020.

He declined to mention specific names given by the whistleblower but described "gatekeepers" who were "using the access" and promptly revealed their identities.

"The gatekeepers were (former White House chief of staff Ron) Klain, and Anita Dunn, and (Robert) Bob Bauer."

Dunn is a seasoned Democratic political strategist who was President Biden's senior advisor and served as Barack Obama's communications director. Bauer was Obama's former personal attorney.

DOJ's New Deputy to Investigate Biden's Last-Minute Autopen Pardons: 'They Could Be Corrupt'

Klain is a very interesting name to have surfaced here. According to a couple of books covering the campaign, he has been feigning shock over Biden's mental condition as he helped prep him for the debate last June. It's hard to fathom sometimes that Biden was PINO (President in Name Only) for over 200 days after the debate showed him to be cognitively incapacitated.

That means that these "gatekeepers" had at least 200 days (in reality, behind the scenes, Biden was incapable of running the country for years) to do whatever they wanted using that autopen.

Martin goes on to name two others he describes as "dominant characters" during that time: Steve Ricchetti, former Counselor to President Biden, and "obviously Jill (Biden)."

A Department of Justice official has called out the former First Lady for "elder abuse" following news of Joe Biden's cancer diagnosis.

It's important to reiterate that Martin is not accusing these people of using the autopen in Biden's stead. Still, they are clearly key players as he tries to break through and find information on those directly responsible. Were they more than just the "gatekeepers"? Let's hope the investigation leads to a definitive answer.

"There must be a trail that shows who was in charge of the autopen," Martin insists. "I know this exists."

In the latter stages of his presidency, Biden signed pre-emptive pardons for family members and some of the most notorious individuals behind other scandals, including the COVID response and cover-up, and the January 6th investigations. Other orders, significant legislation, or declarations may have also been signed by whoever controlled the autopen.

President Trump earlier this week called for the "treasonous thugs" behind the controversy to pay for their actions. He railed against those individuals who "knew he (Biden) was cognitively impaired" and "took over the Autopen."

"This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country," Trump declared.
