Watch: Angry Chuck Todd Chews Schumer Out Over Biden Cognitive Cover-Up: ‘You’re Part of the Problem!’

Former “Meet the Press” moderator and NBC News analyst Chuck Todd tore into Sen. Chuck Schumer for his absurd response to questions about his role in shielding President Joe Biden from scrutiny of his years-long evident cognitive decline.

Todd was responding specifically to Schumer's reaction to questioning by CNN's Kasie Hunt regarding Schumer's past comments about Biden. Schumer (D-NY) dismissed concerns about Biden’s mental and physical fitness as “right-wing propaganda.”

The Senate Minority Leader offered little more than a dismissive response when Hunt questioned him, spurred on by a new book by a pair of journalists trying to profit off the cover-up.

"We're looking forward," Schumer snidely responded.

As my RedState colleague Nick Arama writes, Schumer's response loosely translates to, "We don't even owe you an explanation or apology for what we did" in hiding Biden's clear issues.

Some would say it's also a big middle finger to the American people.

What happens after Hunt allows Schumer to sign off and escape further probing questions is something to behold. She introduces the panel around her and gives Todd the green light to respond.

And he is not amused with Schumer's games.

“He is among the people that are responsible for this. The leaders of the Democratic Party, the staff of the White House," Todd said through gritted teeth. "And I have to say, I find everybody now talking to these authors, get out of here. Go home. You’re part of the problem. Now you tell us?"

Todd continued spitting fire, pointing out that the Democrat party is experiencing a bottom of the barrel approval rating with the American people, in no small part because voters know - beyond a shadow of a doubt - that they were lied to for four straight years about the health and well-being of the man who was running the country.

Why is the Democratic Party in worse shape? Because of this distrust, because of this, frankly, what the public feels as if the party leadership let them down and let them let this happen. He’s as responsible as anybody else. He was a leader in the party. He could’ve said something sooner, and he didn’t.”

All of this is performative anger designed to help Todd promote the idea that legacy media was innocent in this massive scandal. Just like the authors he references.

Jake Tapper actively helped by saying Biden's issues were the result of a stutter. Axios, where Alex Thompson does his reporting, actually told their readers after the debate debacle that blew up the entire charade that Biden was simply suffering from a cold.

Those two gentlemen are now selling a book pretending to unravel the cover-up. Todd offers assistance by saying the media simply couldn't have known.

Axios saw Biden's mental decline on full display at the debate and reported he had a cold. All because one White House source "confirmed" it.

Meanwhile, Tapper adamently insisted Biden's decline was actually just sudden onset stutter.

It's all part of Todd's act. My esteemed colleague, Sister Toldjah, points to a clip of Chuck going "full Ministry of Truth" a couple of weeks ago in trying to deflect his and the legacy media's responsibility in all of this.

"This is not a media failure. This was a failure of the Democratic Party. And the virtue signaling that some people have done to try to say that the media missed this story," Todd said while virtue signaling.

In analyzing his reaction, Sister Toldjah notes that Todd admitted to being tipped off by a "senior cabinet secretary" a couple of years before the debate. She also points out that Democrats themselves were questioning Biden's mental capacity all the way back to 2019.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), for example, responded to Biden's participation in the Democratic primary debate in July 2019 by saying, "His performance on the stage kind of raised some questions with respect to" his capacity.

Todd, Tapper, and Axios should be pilloried from here to high water for allowing somebody else in the White House to serve as acting President while Biden was locked up being fed pudding pops all day long. They all saw what was happening, and they lied to the American people about it time and time again.
