Let’s Not Make Man Haron Monis A Man of Mystery and Intrigue

I don’t get the fascination that ensues when someone does something pointless and despicable like take hostages in a Yupscale, Australian version of Starbucks. Yet, like Christopher Dorner before him, Man Haron Monis has his laughable “Voxplainers” out there assuring us that he had “no known connections to extremist groups.” Furthermore, asking Muslims to condemn terrorism is bigoted and Islamophobic. Yes, we have to normalize Man Haron Monis’ actions. We wouldn’t want anyone to you know, overreact.

Except that at least three other people wouldn’t be dead (including his ex-wife who Monis was accused of having set on fire) and perhaps fifty or more women would not have been sexually assaulted* had we been a little more willing to take action against this detestable scumbag of a human being. Maybe the widows of Australian Military Men could have been spared letters from Man Haron Monis telling them how futile the death of their loved one had been.

This, like the horrible situation in Rotherham, is a case where people’s fear of being accused of racism is leading them to act in ways that are foolish and not conducive to their continued safety. Man Haron Monis came to Australia claiming political asylum from Iran. He demanded pity while committing perfidy. Stewart Bell explains Haron Monis’ gimmick below.

In this case, Monis claimed that he was “an Australian who wanted a safe future for our country” (HT: Stewart Bell) while simultaneously — and openly — hating the very country that gave him refuge.

So meanwhile in Pakistan, Taliban assassins have shot up a school as a way to kill the family members of a government they do not approve of. The New York Times details the carnage below.

The toll of dead and injured remained unclear, but local news media, citing government officials and hospitals, reported 126 dead, more than 100 of them children. The army press office said five attackers had been killed.

Meanwhile, the United States Senate condemns the CIA for its harsh interrogation of people it suspected of harboring similar plans. It’s against our values, they tell us. And on top of this, we learn that that the United States has agreed to take the lead in resettling Syrian refugees here in our country. People just like poor, put upon Man Haron Monis. UN Asst. Secretary Anne C. Richard describes the diplomacy in action that our State Department takes such pride in.

The United States accepts the majority of all UNHCR referrals from around the world. Last year, we reached our goal of resettling nearly 70,000 refugees from nearly 70 countries. And we plan to lead in resettling Syrians as well. We are reviewing some 9,000 recent UNHCR referrals from Syria. We are receiving roughly a thousand new ones each month, and we expect admissions from Syria to surge in 2015 and beyond.
Like most other refugees resettled in the United States, they will get help from the International Organization for Migration with medical exams and transportation to the United States. Once they arrive, networks of resettlement agencies, charities, churches, civic organizations and local volunteers will welcome them. These groups work in 180 communities across the country and make sure refugees have homes, furniture, clothes, English classes, job training, health care and help enrolling their children in school. They are now preparing key contacts in American communities to welcome Syrians.

People in The United States, in Great Britain and in Australia look death directly in the face and then claim it’s wrong to call evil by its name. Nobody should not be surprised if the barbarians who rape our women and even our girls refer to them as “Easy Meat.” Man Haron Monis was a cynical criminal who laughed at the society he leeched off of and attempted to injure. Like the majority of the American People who told [mc_name name=’Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’F000062′ ] she was full of fertilizer on her CIA torture report, we need to stop making Political Correctness a suicide pact.

*-And here I thought that all the good Leftists who read Rolling Stone Magazine were worried about the rape culture….
