Game Over? Trump Cracks Down on All Immigration From Third-World Countries - ‘You Won’t Be Here for Long’

One can argue what constitutes a "permanent pause" as well. But the reality is, there needs to be some pause. There needs to be a fix. And if Congress isn't going to do something, President Trump is. We must rein in the system before it swallows the country as a whole.

Understandably, Trump was not having it as reporters played their usual woke games.

Advocates cry foul, yet their solution often boils down to their feelings, resulting in more amnesty and fewer questions.

It's possible, if not likely, that SCOTUS will keep Vincent and Duarte on ice until after Hemani has been decided, and then remand the cases back to the lower courts for a do-over in light of what the Hemani opinion says.

One might be forgiven for thinking this story - about the Myanmarese military raiding a spam mill just across the border from Thailand - is an unalloyed blessing.

Klobuchar Humiliated Herself and Accidentally Destroyed Biden

Klobuchar’s blunder perfectly illustrates how badly the Biden years broke the Democratic narrative.

Yes, Trump Just Called Tim Walz This...and It's Very Much Appropriate

I’m sure the Left is going to melt down when they come around to reading President Trump’s Thanksgiving message, which was a cheeky swipe at the Left and their failed policies, specifically on immigration.

Socialism Is for Morons: John Kennedy Explains the Socialist Resurgence as Only He Can

The American education system needs to be reformed from top to bottom. Every child who graduates from high school should be able to read, have basic math skills, and have an idea of what comes next. President Trump is at Mar-a-Lago for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, but that's not stopping him from laying out some significant policy shifts.

Full Court Press...

The courts have been a touch quiet with it being a holiday week, but here was one recent decision of note:

COMING ATTRACTIONS

It's hard to say what next week (or even this weekend) will bring — the "interesting" part of the proverbial curse "May you live in interesting times" just got kicked up to 11. Keep your head on a swivel.

MORNING MUSING

I noted above that the courts have been largely quiet the past couple of days — understandable in light of the holiday. Expect an abrupt shift on that front in the coming days — particularly in light of President Trump's latest Truth Social proclamation about immigration. Rough drafts of the complaints to be filed in Dem-friendly jurisdictions across the nation are no doubt already being composed (Hi, Norm Eisen! 'Sup, Barb McQuade?), and we'll be seeing a spate of new filings before the ink even dries on any executive orders or State/DHS policies issued.

Regular readers may recall my occasional reference to the spreadsheet I've been keeping to track the Trump administration litigation matters. I must confess, it's woefully out of date, and I need to update it and ready it for the next influx — hence, this morning's column title, with a nod to Spielberg and Scheider.

I must also confess that I fear we're about to see the black robed activists fully jump that shark. And they'll leave a wrecked judicial system behind in their wake.

LIGHTER FARE

I want to get back to this mindset...
