Watch: One Little Boy *Really* Wanted a Hug From President Trump at 'Right to Try" Signing Ceremony

At the signing ceremony for the “Right to Try” bill on Wednesday, one little boy really wanted to get a hug from the President of the United States.

The first two times he moves in for a hug the president doesn’t see him, but as they say, third time’s a charm.

The “Right to Try” bill allows terminally ill patients access to experimental treatments that have yet to gain FDA approval.
