President Donald Trump made an interesting comment about the Iranian regime's nuclear material on Sunday that's likely to make them very nervous.
Trump vowed to secure the nuclear material and warned the regime that America had them under watch, saying that was his top priority.

“We’ll get that at some point,” Trump, 79, told TV’s “Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson” in an interview that dropped Sunday. “We have it surveilled. You know, I did a thing called Space Force, and they are watching.
“If somebody walked in, they can tell you his name, his address, the number of his badge,” he said of the technology’s capability. “We have that very well surveilled. If anybody got near the place, we will know about it, and we’ll blow them up.”
The nuclear material has been the main aim of the negotiations with the regime. We can go in and get the material, but it's a more involved, risky mission, and the U.S. has been trying to get it through negotiation. I think Trump was trying to reduce the risk to American lives, but if they don't come around, he's got a plan ready to go.
But ultimately, as Trump said in this interview, it's hard to rely on what the regime says because they aren't honest actors.
Trump acknowledged the difficulties of negotiating with Iran because “they make a deal, and then they break it.
“They’re militarily defeated. In their own minds, maybe they don’t know that, but I think they do, because I deal with them. And we cannot ever let Iran have a nuclear weapon,” the president said.
Now, this statement from Trump is likely to freak out the regime. They have to worry if it's true and what else he might be watching. And I wonder if Trump is pulling something else on them here, to stampede them into moving things, so it's easier for us to grab. We've seen him feint before during Operation Epic Fury. Or he may be trying to move them more toward complying with a peaceful deal.
Either way, the regime can't be sitting easy on the question, and he intends to get the nuclear material. They know we have access to intelligence on all their leaders, so our intel is not a capability or power they want to underestimate.
Meanwhile, as we noted, they have been miscalculating and misbehaving, attacking ships and their allies with drones. They've been trying to run the U.S. blockade, and that hasn't gone well for them. They even ended up seizing a ship shipping their own oil, in a hilarious move. None of their options has been going well.

So action is coming in regard to their attacks that they aren't going to enjoy, and the clock is running out on their window for a deal.
