You have to hand it to President Donald Trump.
Joe Biden, the person who occupied the Oval Office before Trump, seemed barely coherent most of the time. He was constantly ducking the media and needed note cards to deal with even the simplest questions. Even then, it would always be uncertain whether he could answer, even though the media was largely favorable to him.
In contrast, Trump and his team have to put up with a constantly hostile media, yet they're always answering questions and being transparent, even when they aren't treated fairly.
A good example of that was how ABC's George Stephanopoulos cut off Vice President JD Vance on Sunday when he was answering a question about unproven accusations against Border Czar Tom Homan. Vance explained he had seen no substance to the charge. He also wanted to know why Stephanopoulos was so focused on a story that had no weight, versus covering the Schumer Shutdown, how it was hurting the American people, and how poor people were going without food. This was brilliant.
BREAKING - Viewers are demanding an apology from George Stephanopoulos and ABC for cutting off Vice President JD Vance and going to commercial after Vance exposed him for lying about Tom Homan, saying, “Here’s, George, why fewer and fewer people watch your program.” pic.twitter.com/FH3es7IalV

But, as you can see, Stephanopoulos cuts Vice President Vance off mid-sentence. He didn't even give him any notice. It was rude and obnoxious, treating not just Vance with disrespect but also the vice presidential position.
Stephanopoulos wasn't getting the answers he wanted, and meanwhile, Vance was pointing out his failure to question Democrats. My colleague Brad Slager did a great breakdown, ripping apart the problems with the story regarding Homan.
Stephanopoulos and ABC already had problems with President Donald Trump. They agreed to settle a defamation suit from Trump with an apology and $15 million to his future presidential library.

So when the president took questions from the media at the White House on Tuesday on a variety of subjects, he had a few things to say to an ABC reporter when he asked a question. Trump came to Vance's defense and nuked ABC.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! President Trump just SLAPPED DOWN an ABC reporter for trying to ask a question

"You're ABC FAKE NEWS. I don't take questions from ABC fake news after what you did with Stephanopoulos to the Vice President of the United States. I don't take questions from ABC fake… pic.twitter.com/6qlgwFQRXG
Good for President Trump, that was absolutely disgraceful the way Stephanopoulos behaved. Now, I don't know if that will change Stephanopoulos' attitude; he's been polluted too long with Democratic bias. But it certainly gave ABC some deserved public shaming and may help with behavior modification for others there.
Editor’s Note: The Schumer Shutdown is here. Rather than put the American people first, Chuck Schumer and the radical Democrats forced a government shutdown for healthcare for illegals. They own this.
