Biden Drama at the Pope's Funeral: Selfies, Trouble With the Steps, and What Was That Conversation?

We wrote earlier about how some people had an issue with President Donald Trump wearing a dark blue suit to the funeral of Pope Francis in Vatican City.

It's always about attacking Trump for those on the left. While they were having a fit over that, they must have missed what Joe Biden was doing while he was at the funeral.

Here's Biden appearing to need help from his wife and an elderly priest to get down the steps at the Vatican before the funeral.

Then, Biden was sitting several rows behind Trump in the area for foreign dignitaries. What I found a little odd was that Joe Biden had Secret Service near him, but I didn't see folks who looked like Secret Service right next to Trump and his wife.

Then there was this fascinating exchange Biden had with someone who appeared to be a foreign leader. It looked like Biden was scolding the foreign leader. Biden was pointing at him during the conversation and even put his finger close to or on his chest. The guy then raised his hands like he was begging off and left Biden standing there.

At the time of this writing, I'm still checking, but don't know yet who that is or what the discussion involved.

While it was a funeral, Biden seemed to think it was an occasion for a lot of selfies. Are the people who are upset about Trump's blue suit going to be as upset with this?

The Daily Mail's body language expert skewered Joe Biden:

Daily Mail's body language expert Judi James said Biden's appearance at the funeral was telling, as it portrayed a 'near-obsessive desire to watch his successor in the role he still clearly believes should be his.'
'Biden's most recent speech showed no abatement of the resentment and animosity and disbelief that this man is in his job,' James added.

Biden is going to have a tough four years, if he continues to be that angry and fixated on Trump.

Meanwhile, as we reported, Trump couldn't give a darn about Biden's presence there. He took time out before the funeral to meet with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky. He also warned that Russia needed to make a deal, and he was thinking about the possibility of sanctions to push them.

Trump was there trying to stop a war. Biden was there, barely getting down the stairs.

And that pretty much says it all.
