It's so funny. Democrats think their problem is messaging — if they were just better at messaging, people would believe them and fall for what they are pushing.
The problem, of course, is it's not just the messaging; it's the message and the bad policies. The American people do understand what they are saying; they're just rejecting it.
But Democrats are, yet again, trying to push the same message, and it's pretty hilarious. They're like the Borg hive mind. We saw that when many of the Democratic senators put out a common video to attack Elon Musk and DOGE. They looked like they were pretending to be TikTok influencers, which was funny, as were their bad takes.

Now, we're facing a likely "Schumer Shutdown" because the Democrats are refusing to vote for the CR to keep the government open. As our sister site Townhall observed, they don't seem to get that only helps to prove President Donald Trump's point about the size of the federal workforce. The American people are also going to blame them for the shutdown.
Schumer isn’t smart enough to understand dems not voting to keep the government open will backfire. A shutdown forces only essential employees to work and therefore, proves Trump, Musk and DOGE right about the size of the federal workforce. https://t.co/HNfhkk819f

The Democrats' response put out another Borg message to try to evade blame for a shutdown.
🚨 IT HAPPENED AGAIN! The people behind Democrats in Congress sent the script to *every* member and they are now posting THE EXACT SAME THING IN UNISON!

You'll remember that a bunch of Democratic senators posted videos before Trump's Congressional address with the same script.… pic.twitter.com/PDFTJKBTVC

Did you get the message? The "House Democrats stand united for a four-week funding extension that stops harmful cuts, keeps government open to serve the people, and allows Congress to reach a bipartisan funding agreement."
Who was behind this, David Hogg? Talk about responding like robots. This is as bad as their cringeworthy videos. Everything they do is staged, it's like a bot farm.
Elon Musk had a little laugh at them.
That’s all we’re asking. Can they please try harder with their propaganda! https://t.co/62FFSfis7i

If Senate Democrats didn't get the message, Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) were screeching like enforcers at any who might think of voting for the CR passed by the House.
Jayapal warned of a “huge backlash” for Senate Democrats if they voted for the CR: "I think all of them will have to deal with the consequences of that."
Meanwhile, AOC ranted:
“The Republicans have the White House, the Senate and the House. If they want to do this, and if they want to screw over the American people, they can do this with their votes and their party. I do not believe that Democrats should participate.”
It's not the brightest move if they go through with it, they likely catch the blame and prove Trump right. So we'll have to see how it all shakes out. But the "Schumer Shutdown" is already taking hold as a term. It is likely to backfire big time on them, and it couldn't happen to a more deserving group of sycophants.
Elon Musk and DOGE are bringing much-needed accountability to our out-of-control bureaucracy as they take a chainsaw to rampant waste, fraud, and abuse.
