Whoops: Madonna Steps on Multiple Rakes in Attack on Trump for 'King' Remark

The left is going to have a tough four years, and I think after that as well, when the "anti-Trump" folks no longer have Trump in office as their fixation object.

Their whole Democratic persona for a decade now has just been "We hate Donald Trump." Nothing about what they would do, no policy, other than "give us control" because he's "Hitler." That tactic was soundly rejected in November.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is focused on keep his promises which includes cutting costs for the American people. One of the things he promised was to stop the congestion pricing in New York. New York had imposed a $9 fee on everyone entering NYC below 60th Street. That would include a lot of the people who go to work in NYC. They were able to do this because they got approval under a Federal Highway Administration pilot program.

Trump revoked the approval this week, and celebrated freeing the people from the oppressive nature of the fee, "CONGESTION PRICING IS DEAD. Manhattan, and all of New York, is SAVED. LONG LIVE THE KING!" He may have been trolling. He also may have been making reference to the movie "King of New York," or how some referred to him as "King of New York," given his prominence there in the past. But you're not acting like a king when you're trying to give money back to the people.

In response, NY Gov. Kathy Hochul said she would sue to be able to keep oppressing the people and charge the fee.

Instead of freaking out at Hochul's oppression, the left of course freaked out that Trump used the term "king."

Madonna is one of the people who is now attacking Trump over it.

Now if you're cutting government, you're actually reducing your power and making things better for the people. The claim is just silly. But it's Madonna likely trying to be relevant to fellow leftists. Some on X laughed at the glasses and the book in front of her, as though she is trying to look smarter.

Isn't this the same person who, when Trump won the first time, talked about how she thought a lot about bombing the White House? I think she needs to take several seats with her crazy leftism.

She also got hit with criticism not just for the bad attack on Trump, but because she said "Europeans" built the country, as though there was no one else involved. That earned her some extra anger.

Michael Knowles pointed out how hypocritical she is, as well, with the title "Queen of Pop".
