If the Democrats had sense, what they would be doing now is jumping aboard the very popular DOGE and repatriation trains, and trying to say that they are part of it. The American people seem to be very much in favor of both ideas. 

But the Democrats don't appear to have enough sense at this point. Instead they're just screaming and flailing, and trying to stand in the way of things the American people want to get done, including eliminating fraud, waste, and abuse in government.

The Democrats are so bereft of sense at this point you have folks like Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) falling for a Lara Trump parody account page, then scolding the "Trump regime" over trying to squelch free speech in an expletive-included post. Not exactly a good look.

First, Community Notes wrecked him, explaining it was a parody account.

Then the Trump team Rapid Response account leveled him in a tweet of their own.

Don't hold back, guys, tell us what you really think. 

But that's how hard up Democrats are; they're reduced to falling for parody accounts now, trying to flame them, and failing badly. People mocked Murphy for losing it so hard over a fan bot account, even cursing. How can he represent Connecticut with any credibility, when he doesn't have the discernment to figure out it was a parody account? He should have bothered to take the moment or two to check it to determine whether it was real or a parody account. Then of course he doesn't appear at all concerned about any possible questions concerning interfering in law enforcement pursuing illegal aliens either. 

Democrats don't seem to be able to stop embarrassing themselves at this point, they just keep digging the hole deeper. They're not going to stop Trump, he's just going to keep pushing to get things done. People already don't think much of the Democrats; these awful takes are only going to make it worse.
