The story of what happened at the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, is still unfolding. We don't know a lot of the facts yet.
It sounded like shots were fired immediately before former President Donald Trump grabbed his ear, then dropped behind the podium. The Secret Service then surrounded him and rushed him off stage into The Beast, but not before he raised his fist in defiance.
Pennsylvania Republican Senate candidate David McCormick told Fox that he was sitting in the front row and he said there were seven or eight shots, one right after the other.
McCormick said he believed that someone else was injured. He said that the police rushed in and got that person out. There's this video of the person who was reportedly injured:

One attendee at the rally was killed, as confirmed by the Butler County District Attorney and the Associated Press.
