The Massive Falsehood the Media Left Out of Story About Joe Biden's Flip-Flop on Border Security

On Friday, we reported on how, according to NBC's "Today Show," Joe Biden had done a U-turn and was admitting the border wasn't secure and that he is prepared to make "massive changes" to fix the problem. As we noted, it was Biden's policies -- his choices -- that have helped to make the border insecure by his failure to enforce the law.

Joe Biden Does a U-Turn on the Border Crisis in an Apparent Attempt to Fool Gullible Republicans

Here's their report.

But it turns out that there was a little bit more to what Biden said, and I think it's important to point it out, not just to note yet another massive Biden falsehood, but to show how the liberal media will clean things up for him and run cover for what he actually says.

So here's what he actually said to Fox's Jacqui Heinrich.

Here's what Heinrich transcribed:

HEINRICH: What do you say to Republicans who are trying to impeach Mayorkas?

BIDEN: I don't get it.

HEINRICH: Do you think it's unconstitutional? (NO ANSWER)

HEINRICH: Do you think the border is secure?

BIDEN: NO ITS NOT.

BIDEN: I haven't believed that for the last 10 years. And I've said it for the last 10 years. Give me the money.

HEINRICH: Do you believe your policies have enabled this crisis at the border?

BIDEN: No. I've asked for thousands more - everything from judges to -- anyway.

HEINRICH: Will you fight Mayorkas' impeachment in court?

BIDEN: That's a decision for... (trails off)

Biden claims that he hasn't believed the border was secure for the last ten years and that he's been saying that for the last decade. Of course, that's completely untrue. He and his people have insisted that the border was secure right up until this comment that he just made this week. So this is a huge falsehood he's attempting here. How can you trust anyone who is this delusional and dishonest?

Any responsible media should be pointing that out and maybe asking why he is now making this flip. Yet, that's completely missing from the "Today Show" report. Instead they seemed to pick up on the implied talking point to make it about whether the Republicans would agree to a deal with Biden. If you compare the two reports and think about what they left out, it's shameful.

He seems to want to blame Republicans here for not giving him money. It isn't about money, it's about enforcing the law. It's because Biden undid everything former President Donald Trump had in place that was working and then things exploded. Plus, he had a Democratic Congress for the first two years.

He's trying to flip on a dime and blame Republicans for the problem now that the election is upon us. "It's not my fault, they didn't give me the money, waaaaaah," is his posture here. This is an indication of how important the illegal alien issue is to the voters. It's something I noted earlier in my story about Charlamagne tha God, that Americans are fed up about him not addressing and solving the issue; as Charlamagne said, he's never heard it so much from the "working class" people who he talks with.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said the fault was Biden's and he needed to do his job.

They shouldn't just be impeaching Mayorkas on the border, they should be impeaching the guy behind the failed policy -- Joe Biden.
