WATCH: This Video of Young Voters in Wisconsin Shows Why Biden Is in Big Trouble

Joe Biden seems to be losing support from the coalition that he desperately needs to have any chance in 2024.

As my colleague Sister Toldjah explained, the latest Monmouth Poll had Biden at 34 percent approval, 61 percent disapproval in general. His numbers are brutal with independents at 24 percent and even Democrats dropping six points since September. That's bad.

But maybe one of the things that is worst of all for Biden is his number among the group that a Democrat could normally count on for support, the young, aged 18-34. That's the group that would normally make up for his deficiencies among any of the other groups. That group is at 23 percent approval. How can a Democrat win if he's at 23 percent approval with that group? Now you can see why the Democrats are flipping out and hilariously trying to smear former President Donald Trump, the leading Republican candidate. They know they're in deep trouble.

I think the dissent is two-fold. The non-left folks are being crushed by the Bidenflation and his policies. But what's sort of humorous is that even though he's thrown a lot of the things he used to claim to believe under the bus to appeal to the left, so many of the folks on the left are unhappy with him that they're still not getting everything they want.

Tom Elliott grabbed a clip from NBC that puts a face on some of that discontent with Biden on the left. Even with people still wearing masks, he's got a problem. This is in Dane County, Wisconsin, a blue area in a swing state. Now you can see why Biden is losing in the swing states to Trump. These are the people you would normally expect to vote for Biden.

The chyron notes that some of this unhappiness with Biden is due to his position on the Israel-Hamas war.

"Not enthused," says one guy. ‘Almost every issue in my head that’s important to me ... I see a failure on Biden’s part," says another voter who is on the left. You have a guy who says maybe he's not as progressive as they like and another who evinces unhappiness about voting for a "grandpa." Then there's the mask wearer who says she'd probably go third party.

That can make the difference in an election right there. If Biden can't even hold onto leftists and mask wearers, he's got problems.
