Video of Biden Appearing to Stagger Into Press Conference Has People Talking

It's been an interesting day for Joe Biden. As we've reported, he's in Nantucket for his Thanksgiving vacation, staying at a billionaire's estate.

On Thursday, people were raising questions about a picture of the Biden family taking a polar plunge on Wednesday. Many wondered if Joe had taken the plunge, especially since the picture showed him in sneakers with perfectly coiffed hair. A Democratic strategist also spread a pic of Biden in the water, but that picture was several years old.

Then during his presser Friday on the release of some of the Israeli hostages, Biden seemed to have no idea what was going on with the American hostages who are still being held. He said he believed that Hamas attacked Israel because he was about to build a railroad and bring about peace with Saudi Arabia. He also claimed credit for the deal taking place. But given Biden's general puffery, I wouldn't bet on the truthfulness of his claim. It's great that some got out, but I seriously doubt that he had any truly significant role.

After the press conference, some on the X platform began asking questions about Biden's condition and how he came into the press conference.

Some of those questions didn't hold back and were blunt.

Now, I don't know what the reason was, but he takes a weird weave at three seconds into the video. Check out his left foot at that point, how it swings around and crosses in front of him. he also seems to reach out toward the podium to steady himself.

But the problem with Joe Biden is that he has so many issues, so who knows?

He has gait problems, in addition to his incoherence and deterioration. I'm not sure that it matters what name you put on it at this point--except to say that he has continuing problems. If it were just that he was drunk, that might be beer, because at least that would goes away. Physical issues or deterioration don't. Those things generally only get worse.

When you look at something like this, you can see why he tends to trip and fall. And It isn't only this walk to the podium; he often walks with a clipped gait that makes him look very old. They've been trying to make all kinds of accommodations for him to prevent disaster, but there's only so much they can do.

So, if Biden's team is trying to sell us on how vigorous he is, by sharing pictures talking about a "polar plunge" or the like, Biden continually blows apart that propaganda with his daily interactions like this where he has problems/issues.

Biden should retire, but he wouldn't. Now, Democrats have to deal with the consequences of the decision that he's their presumptive nominee for 2024. And they wonder why he's tanking in the polls?
