Biden Shows How Nasty and in Denial He Is With Vicious Crack About David Axelrod

A new report from Politico takes a whack at Joe Biden, saying he won't have the capacity to govern or campaign the way other incumbents had in the past.

But Politico columnist Jonathan Martin went even deeper to reveal what a nasty character Joe Biden truly is when he is challenged. We've seen it before, including when he's called voters "fat" or threatened to take them outside.

Martin revealed how Biden made a nasty crack about David Axelrod after Axelrod questioned whether Biden should be running again, whether it was wise and in the best interests of the country. Axelrod said Biden's age was a huge issue.

Martin also pointed out how it also wasn't helpful for Biden to deny the reality of his polling numbers to Fox's Peter Doocy because he refuses delivery on anything critical of him.

"Calling David Axelrod ‘a p----,’ as a person who has heard Biden use the word says he does in private, is not a strategy to win 270 electoral votes. And repeating a PG version of the same animus in public while litigating polling with the White House press corps also won’t make Biden’s re-election any likelier," Martin wrote in Politico. [....]

"For Biden to use fundraisers, as he did Thursday, to deny his difficulties and complain about press coverage may be therapeutic, but it doesn’t make him any likelier to defeat Trump once more," Martin added.

But that's what Biden's approach seems to have been so far to campaigning: completely deny the reality of any negatives like the polls that show Americans disapprove of him and question his age and his coherence.

The Biden staff also lashed out at Axelrod.

“Sure, there are a million things you can criticize the administration about in any day. But on the whole, David Axelrod, you think Biden is doing a good job, but maybe keep your 10 percent opinion quiet when the 90 percent is he’s doing a good job,” the alum said. “Why do you have an innate ability to focus on the 10 percent?”

See how it completely goes over their head? He's trying to warn them how much unhappiness there is with Biden, yet they want to paint right over that and ignore it. Even if it was only "10 percent" (and I think there's a lot more unhappiness than that out there, if you don't pay attention to it, it can cost you the election.

Frankly, I want them to continue in their denial because it will help them lose. But it's this denial of any criticism that has adversely affected so many things when it comes to Biden. If you can't listen to criticism, you can't improve or change anything to be better. That's one of the reasons he keeps failing, along with bad policy to begin with.
