As we reported last week, Joe Biden took his son Hunter aboard — at last count — at least 15 trips aboard Air Force Two when Joe was Vice President. At least some of the trips seem to have been connected to Hunter's business dealings at the time.

The House Oversight Committee wants answers and now, in a letter from Chair James Comer (R-KY) and member Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), they are demanding the passenger manifests from Joe Biden's time as Vice President that might be relevant from the National Archives.

Comer said they wanted documents from Air Force Two and Marine Two trips.

In the letter, Comer said he was concerned that Biden had used his office to enrich his family. 

Then-Vice President Biden’s misuse of Air Force Two and Marine Two is indicative of yet another way in which the President has abused his various offices of public trust and wasted taxpayer money to benefit his family’s enterprise, which consisted of nothing more than access to Joe Biden himself. Devon Archer, a longtime Biden family associate, has stated it is ‘categorically false’ that Joe Biden played no role in his son’s foreign business dealings. Flights on Air Force Two around the world to seal business deals are evidence of that role.

Additionally, Comer asked for any communications or records related to Biden family members or associates, including Hunter Biden, Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper (another business associate of Hunter Biden who flew with him to Mexico City on Air Force Two, according to an email). He also interestingly requested documents or information about any "security incidents" during Biden's time as Vice President related to any of those Air Force Two or Marine Two trips. Just the use of Air Force Two could raise an impeachment question, and that could be simple to prove with the records and the emails together. 

Comer told Newsmax that this was one of the worst cases he'd ever heard of in the history of this country with the fake names, the shell companies, and then the money distributed from foreign nationals to Biden family accounts.

Comer said they'd found $21 million so far in payouts to the Bidens. "Every week, we find more information, more pseudonyms, more communication between Joe Biden and his family, more shell companies, and more wire transfers." He said that they wanted to know about "a couple of more bank accounts" that they believed Hunter was using to pay for things of value for Joe Biden. They already have some, but this would then add to the question of Biden receiving benefits from these deals with the foreign nationals. Joe Biden wants to say he's the most transparent, Comer said, "That's bull crap, he's the least transparent."

So the net is closing, and it sounds like Comer is tying up any loose ends before they bring their case. He said the Democrats will have to decide what they will do about Joe Biden when all this comes down.
