WATCH: Troubling Racist Video of Subway Attack Suspect on Street in NYC Reveals How off the Rails He Is

The police this morning are now officially calling Frank James a “suspect” in the Brooklyn subway shooting. This, after calling him only a “person of interest” on Tuesday. They said they were looking for James in connection with the rental of a U-haul van connected to the subway attack.

It’s not hard to understand why they might now have gotten around to calling him a suspect. I reported on Tuesday about the troubling social media posts and videos that James has made. The accounts showed a lot of racist and extremist views against white people and others, including him saying that black and white should separate, as well posts about killing people.

Here’s one sample as James spews out racist invective as he walks through Times Square. You can hear him attacking people for being white and others for being “slant-eyed.” “You’re something less than human today,” he spews at someone.

Warning for very graphic language.

You can see how unwell he is because he’s not just venting at home on a computer, he’s venting all over people on the street. It’s hard to believe that they haven’t caught him yet if he’s in this condition. It’s a wonder he wasn’t picked up right there, for how he was screaming at people. But because it’s NYC, they now have a hands-off approach to crazy people on the street and he might not even have been given a real look for that.

In the shooting, some of the victims were Asian and the police haven’t said whether they were targeted. It may be. But to be fair, it sounds like he hated almost everyone who didn’t believe as he did.

He also was upset that Ketanji Brown Jackson was married to a white man.

“This nation was born in violence, it’s kept alive by violence or the threat thereof and it’s going to die a violent death,” he said in another video, according to ABC. “There’s nothing going to stop that.”

That attack was structured like a terrorist attack but as I previously noted the police aren’t calling it that yet, despite the planning and the possible indications of a political motive. The FBI checked into him and questioned him in 2019, but then they cleared him. But this is yet another case where they seem to have failed to properly assess a “known” person.
