Americans Mock Media Take on NASCAR 'F Joe Biden' Chant, Even Winning Driver Weighs In

(48)

On Saturday, we reported on the “F**k Joe Biden” chant movement having reached NASCAR.

Well, at least according to every American’s ears. Not according to the reporter who picked up the chant during an interview with Brandon Brown, who won his first NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Talladega in Alabama.

As NBC Sports reporter Kelli Stavast was interviewing a very excited Brown who gave a shoutout to his dad and said it was a “dream come true,” the camera panned the crowd and you could clearly hear the “F**k Joe Biden” chant loudly being belted out.

Warning for graphic language:

But what was fascinating about it was the reaction of the reporter. Despite the fact that it was clear what the crowd was saying, Stavast twisted it into something it wasn’t. “As you can hear the chants from the crowd,” Stavast said. “Let’s go, Brandon.”

Right there, you see how media will push a narrative, even when it literally flies in the face of reality — even when the facts are clearly shouting something else.

Just like people mocked Hillary and turned around the meaning of “deplorable,” now Americans are mocking the deceit of the media by trending both “F Joe Biden” and “Let’s Go, Brandon” on Twitter. They also tweeted some of the many “FJB” chants at various events and said they were now “Let’s Go, Brandon” chants (according to the media). “F Joe Biden” is still trending this morning for the most popular office-holder ever.

Hilariously, even the driver, Brandon Brown, tweeted this morning about it.

He said he was “not political… just feelin myself.” Very funny. Good for him and he definitely needs to put out a shirt and other merchandise with the slogan.

Meanwhile, NASCAR, who had originally posted a tweet of the interview with the chant included, later deleted the tweet and have not provided any explanation as to why they did so. Fox News inquired but hasn’t gotten a reason yet.

NASCAR is only the latest of the many events that have been hit by the chant movement from including football games, concerts, a Mets-Yankee game, concerts, even the Ryder Cup golf tournament, as we reported on Saturday.

So it looks like despite the media’s efforts going all in to spin it, “F Joe Biden” — excuse me, “Let’s Go, Brandon” — isn’t stopping anytime soon.
