AOC Is After Nancy Mace Again, Claiming Mace Is Attacking 'Survivors'

We clarified the story that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) wasn’t in the Capitol building (as many thought she was) where most of the action occurred on Jan. 6. She was in the Cannon House Office building and it was at least an hour before the Capitol was breached, according to her own words. In an evil smear, particularly under the circumstances, AOC also suggested she could have been in danger from the Capitol Police officer who came to help her evacuate the building because of a suspicious package scare.

The truth set off AOC on a meltdown. She flipped out at the reports and also attacked Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) for clarifying there were no rioters in their office hallway, that AOC wasn’t in danger of attack from the presence of any rioters. Mace gave AOC an epic clapback with the truth.

Media, of course, was full-on in for AOC, either not understanding the back and forth with AOC’s spinning or simply not caring about the truth. They never called out AOC for lying including about Trump supporters planting bombs, Ted Cruz trying to have her murdered, or a host of other false insinuations and misleading comments.

But it so touched a nerve with AOC that two days later, she was still attacking Mace.

“Well, it’s good to know what kind of person she is early,” AOC postured. “Also good to know that Mace is cut from the same Trump cloth of dishonesty and opportunism. Sad to see a colleague intentionally hurt other women and survivors to make a buck. Thought she’d be better.” She even put in a plug for the Democratic representative that Mace defeated.

That’s hilarious. Mace didn’t hurt “women and survivors,” she clarified the truth about the story that AOC was telling. That’s why AOC is mad at her and doesn’t seem to be able to let it go. After she got nailed on the story, AOC then said that Mace’s clarifying the truth was an attack on what the people like the Capitol Police had been through. Remember — this is the same AOC who just tried to paint the Capitol Police officer as some kind of threatening person. Then she tried to use their actual experiences at the Capitol building as support for her story. Talk about twisted.
