Never Trump Bulwark guy Bill Kristol just burnt any credibility he had left with the lie he told about President Donald Trump’s reaction in the George Floyd case today.

Here’s what Kristol said:

"George Floyd suffocated to death by police. The city of Minneapolis in an uproar. A country looking for leadership. What did the president have to say about this today?"

Nothing.

“George Floyd suffocated to death by police. The city of Minneapolis in an uproar. A country looking for leadership. What did the president have to say about this today? Nothing.”

There are two demonstrable falsehoods in his comment.

First, according to preliminary autopsy results indicate that Floyd was not in fact suffocated.

Second, this was an incredibly deceptive comment about the president’s reaction in the Floyd case and deceptive video. He claims that Trump said nothing about Floyd’s death on Friday.

That’s an out and out lie. Here’s what Trump actually said.

He said it never should have been allowed to happen, mentioned he spoke to the Floyd family, spoke about the rights to peaceful protest, spoke against rioting. He said that it’s very important to see that everything is taken care of properly in the Floyd case.

Talk about misleading information meant to undermine a political campaign! Hey, Twitter, this is the very definition of it!

But they took the time to stitch together a deceptive video and are now trying to influence the election with it and they couldn’t take the fifteen seconds to figure out what he actually said? So either they are just liars or they’re horrible journalists. I pick both.

There’s no difference now between these grifters and any run of the mill con men on the progressive left. They are the same and will do anything, fair or foul, to win.

Feel free to report him to Twitter and see if they actually flag the video for false and misleading content. Let’s test how fair Twitter is (as if we didn’t already know). They keep flagging Trump content now, so will they flag this obvious falsehood, mean to directly affect the election?
